- Applicants must be high school, college or graduate students (including adult students) who are US citizens or permanent residents.
- Students of any and every major are accepted.
- The funds from the scholarship may be used to attend an accredited US institution for undergraduate or graduate education.
- This scholarship is not financial need based.
- One entry will be chosen for best reason of entry, while a second entry will be chosen at random.
