Requirements:
- Applicants must be high school, undergraduate, or graduate students.
- No minimum GPA, SAT, ACT, or other test score requirements.
- Students must write a reflective essay of 400 to 600 words based on one of Dr. Charles Parker's quotes.
- Winners will be chosen for high school, undergraduate, and graduate levels. Selection is based on judge's score and votes from website visitors.
