Requirements:
- Applicants must be 25 years or younger at the time of entry deadline.
- Applicants must be residents of either the United States, Arab League nation, Afghanistan, or Iran.
- Applicants must compose an essay of 600 to 1500 words responding to one of the civil rights topics presented in the official entry rules. Selection is based on the strength and relevance of the essay response.
- This scholarship is not financial need based.
