- The John F. and Anna Lee Stacey
Scholarship Fund is available to students who are pursuing a career in
art. You must be a U.S. citizen and be between the ages of 18 and 35 to
be eligible for this award. The purpose of the scholarship is to
foster high standard in the study of form, color, drawing, painting,
design, and technique, as these are expressed in modes showing patent
affinity with the classical tradition of western culture.
