Eligibility: To be eligible, scholarship applicants must be enrolled in, or plan to enroll in, an accredited college or university with the intent to pursue an Associate’s, undergraduate, or graduate degree. Proof of enrollment (current transcript or acceptance letter) is required to apply. Employees and relatives of Patient Care Medical are not eligible to apply.
