APPLICATION AND ESSAY REQUIREMENTS
Essays must address one of the topics provided and contain at least 500 words, but no more than 1,000. Your essay must be your own original work. Plagiarism is a serious violation and will result in automatic disqualification.
Entries must be sent by email to: WarrenKallianosScholarship@gmail.com. Your submission must include:
Your essay as a Word document (in .doc or .docx format)
A digital photo of yourself (in .jpg or .png format)
A copy of your school transcript or proof of enrollment
A coversheet with:
Your name, address, and contact phone number
A short bio (just two or three sentences) describing yourself
The name and address of your school
A signature of a parent or guardian (if you are younger than 18)
