Requirements: 

To qualify for the Prescott Papers scholarship, all applicants must meet the eligibility criteria below:

1. The applicants must be enrolled in a high school, college or university
2. The GPA at the time of sending the application must be at least 2.5
3. Applicants must follow the application procedure very carefully and present the required documents
