Award Amount: $1,500
Requirements:
- An essay of at least 500 words, describing how you have honored a loved one through an awareness cause and brought awareness to their cause, or because of your unique experience, you have succeeded to garner donations and/or bring light to your specified cause. Creativity within your essay submission is highly encouraged.
- GPA (must be 2.5 or higher)
- Two letters of recommendation, one for support from a teacher, coach, counselor, or other academic professional, the other from an adult in your community who is familiar with your accomplishments. The references should indicate the academic institution or company they’re from and their title.
- A copy of your transcript.
