Eligibility:
- The applicant must
be enrolled in an undergraduate program (currently as a freshman,
sophomore, or junior) at an Accreditation Board for Engineering and
Technology (ABET) college / university leading to a Bachelor’s degree in
engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
- Must attend a college or program located in the Metro New York City.
- The applicant must submit a completed application.
- Letters of Recommendation: Each applicant must submit one recent (within the last 6 months) letters of recommendation, from someone familiar with the applicant’s educational and career goals or from someone in the community (such as an employer, clergy, Boy or Girl Scout leader), but not a relative.
- Past ASHE NY Metro Scholarship recipients are not eligible.
