Eligibility: The Edna M. Blum Endowed Scholarship for NY Residents is open to students with an unmet financial need attending colleges/universities throughout the United States. The scholarship will provide an award up to $5,000 depending on the financial need of the student as determined by the University or College that the selected student attends. This is a one time award to be disbursed during the current 2023-2024 school year.
